Return,Refund & Cancellation Policy
We at Create n Gift strive to provide the best possible experience while you shop with us online. While there is no option to return orders as the goods are personalized according to your specific needs, however, if at all you are not satisfied with your purchase, complete assistance would be given to you regarding the same.

In order to get your order delivered to you soon, we process the orders same day. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Please get in touch with our customer support team to cancel your order. The refund will be initiated immediately after your cancellation request if the product is not processed. However, the cancellation of orders will be done only if they are respected to below listed terms and conditions:
· You can cancel your orders within one hour of booking the same order. You are requested to immediately email at email@example.com or call at (+91) 124 420 4200 along with your order number for any cancellations to be made.
Your orders can also be cancelled if Create n Gift team finds your payments have not been received. Check below for further details:
· Non receipt of Payment- In case the payment for the order is not made Create n Gift will automatically cancel the order. An email notification is sent to you when we cancel the order.

Can I change the product after I have placed an order?
That’s not possible. You can cancel the order within one hour of placing the order.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Though you cannot make any changes to the design after placing the order but in case, you may want to alter the quantity of a product in your placed order or you may even require having your shipping address updated, these changes are allowed till we have begun processing your order. For such requests, please get in touch with Customer Care immediately along with your order number.
When will I receive my refund for a cancelled order?
We shall process your refund immediately after cancellation of your order by the used payment method. The email will follow once your order has been cancelled. The refund process might take 3~10 working days depending upon your payment method.
If I return a product on my own do I get back the shipping charges?
Once you incur courier charges please email us the scanned copy of the receipt within 10 days of the return. We will refund your courier charges up to a maximum of Rs 160 per kg. If you are unable to send the scanned copy of the receipt within 10 days of the return request, we will refund you a flat Rs 100 against the courier charges.
Refunds for courier charges are always in the mode of Create n Gift vouchers which can be redeemed on your future purchase.
Why my order was undelivered and returned to warehouse?
Your order was undelivered and Returned to Origin due to any of the following reasons- Non-Serviceable Location / Incomplete Address / Wrong Pin Code / Consignee not available / Army area. In this case, you will not receive any refund; however, we will re-ship your order.
What if my order is undelivered?
If your product remains undelivered, you can register your complain with our Customer Support Team within 15 days from the Date of Shipment. However, if you fail to register a complaint within 15 days for the non-delivery of your order then Create n Gift will not be responsible for it and will not make any refund credits to your account.
